Who We Are
Diligence Isn't Just Our Name.
Diligence means steady, careful, and persistent effort put into doing a job or task — and that is exactly what we do every day.
We provide our services at a price our customers consider a value unmatched. From routine property maintenance and turnovers to carpentry, roofing, excavation, carpet cleaning, and custom wood slab work — every job gets the same relentless attention to detail.
We hope to be your next recommendation to friends and family after you too see our value. Licensed, insured (CCB #234600), and proud to serve Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding Oregon communities for 30+ years.
What Drives Us
Our Values
Reliability
We show up when we say we will. Your time is valuable and we treat it that way — no excuses, no surprises.
Quality
30 years of craftsmanship means we don't cut corners. Every job is completed to the highest standard, the first time.
Transparency
Clear pricing, honest assessments, and no hidden charges. You'll always know exactly what you're paying for.
Community
Eugene and Springfield are our home. We're invested in the communities we serve and take that responsibility seriously.
Eco-Friendly Practices
We Recycle. We Repurpose. We Respect the Land.
Every tree we remove gets a second life. We mill logs into custom wood slabs for furniture and construction materials, keeping waste out of landfills and putting Oregon's natural resources back to work for the community.
Zero Waste Removal
Removed trees are never hauled to a landfill. Every log is assessed for reuse before anything else.
Milled Into Materials
Our portable sawmill turns felled trees into live-edge slabs, lumber, and custom woodworking stock.
Back to the Community
Reclaimed wood and materials are offered to local homeowners, builders, and craftspeople in Eugene & Springfield.
